  • Is a long-term contract required for service?
    You are not under any contractual obligation to continue to pay for services. You pay for each cleaning visit. If you’re happy with the service that’s been provided, then please rebook another visit.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. DWC is fully insured with liability insurance to protect your home and to give you peace of mind.
  • What is included in your cleaning service?
    Please go to our services page and click on the required service and it will give you an outline of what’s included.
  • Do you use Eco-Friendly products in homes?
    You have the choice to decide whether you wish for us to clean your home using either your own household or our Eco-friendly cleaning products. You will not be charged an extra fee. Eco- friendly cleaning products are natural cleaning agents that are friendly to the environment and does not contain harsh chemicals.
  • What should I expect on my first appointment?
    Following your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation of your appointment, the name of the cleaner and an estimated arrival time. You will have 1-2 cleaners for each cleaning appointment. This may vary depending on the size of your property. We will arrive at your home wearing protective clothing, as well as a protective mask and gloves with all the cleaning supplies needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to familiarise ourselves with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will not take as long.
  • Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
    The best way to prepare for our cleaners is to spend a few minutes picking up a few things such as loose toys and clothes where necessary. This will enable the team to focus their effort and time to cleaning and not putting things away for example ‘a loaf of bread and milk left on the kitchen counter’.
  • Do I need to be home the day of cleaning appointment?
    Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you.
  • Can I reschedule an appointment?
    If you need to rearrange an appointment, you will need to inform our bookings team no later than 2 working days prior to the scheduled appointment. We'll endeavour to move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together. If you provide less than 2 working days for a cancellation you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • Do you clean on Bank Holidays?
    No, we don’t. This is a day for the staff to spend their time off to recover or do whatever they enjoy in their spare time. If you have a regular cleaning appointment with us and it happens to fall on a Bank holiday, our team will contact you to reschedule.
  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We require payment prior to your appointment which guarantees your booking on that day. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments using our online booking service, or our booking agent over the phone or we can share with you a secure link that will enable you to go ahead and book the appointment.
