Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. If you wish to proceed, we will confirm the agreed service and booking separately.

Who receives it: We share only the information needed with people carrying out or administering your booking, which may include our cleaners and an approved cleaning supplier. We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose collected. We review enquiries that do not become bookings and retain booking and accounting records for the period needed to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
